PARTY FAQs Birthday Party Booking FAQs How do I book a party? You can give us a call at 425-949-4488 or use our online booking services HERE . A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled without a reschedule charge if change is made 14 days prior to the date. Any other events (A-la Cartes, Team Parties) would need to be called in. When should I book my party? Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you book the larger your choice of times and dates. It's very common to book parties 4-6 weeks in advance if you have a very specific day and time in mind. 2 week notice is required to book an upcoming party. How do I pay for my party? You can pay for your party online through our online reservation system, over the phone, or in person at the reservation desk. We accept cash, debit cards, Tap to Pay, and credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept checks. How many guests can I invite? Party Packages includes 10 party participants (no discount for fewer participants). Additional party participants can be added at $25/person for the Jump Package; $28/person for the Combo Package; $20/person for the Play Package. Spectators (non-jumpers) are not included in the guest count. The maximum number of party guests in one of the party suites is 40. If you have more than 24 participants, please call us to discuss a Party A-la Carte option. What if I have to change my party date? You may reschedule your party up to 14 days prior to your party date with no additional charges. A change fee of $100 will be charged if you reschedule within 14 days prior to your party date. The rescheduled party must be within 3 months of the original party date. We will credit the full party amount toward the rescheduled party. No refund for canceled parties. Can I have a party for over 24 participants? Yes, but not with a standard party! We call this a Party a la Carte and it is held upstairs in the OH-Zone suite. Between 25 and 98 party participants can be accommodated and you customize the activities, food and beverage options. More details can be found HERE What are the activities I can choose? Parties may purchase Jump (Trampoline Decks and Ninja Course only), Play (Kids Adventure only) or Combo (both Jump and Play activities) for their main activities. Our Laser Maze may be reserved by parties for 30 minute sessions for an additional fee. General facility features include arcade style games (air hockey, prize machines, photo booth), individual Laser Maze games as pay-to-play options. Party Details FAQs Will I be sharing the party and play/jump areas? The Launch Pad, OH-Zone, and iSpy Deck party suites are private party spaces. OH-Zone and the iSpy Deck is divided into two rooms, however interaction with the other party will not happen. Our schedule is staggered so when one party is playing, the other party will be eating, and vice versa. When you book your party, your party room is yours for two hours. Kidz Adventure play area and all trampoline court areas are shared with other Elevated Sportz customers. If you wish to have Elevated Sportz all to yourself for a special event, please call to speak with our Event Coordinator about a full-facility rental. Can I bring in my own food and beverages? No outside food or beverages are allowed with the exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes. The iJump Cafe offers a large selection of additional food and drink choices. However, if your reservation does not include a room rental, you are not allowed to bring in your cupcakes or cakes. This includes Group parties. Party packages include pizza and beverages (choice of soda and/or apple juice). What time should the host and guests arrive? The host and guests should plan to arrive early around 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. Please check in at the Party Station. A staff member will help you check-in; add on additional participants, food, and beverages; collect waivers, and direct you to the party suite to drop off gifts. Birthday parties last two hours. What if someone does not have a waiver? All participants under age 18 MUST have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian in order to jump or play. Please make sure that no one in your party has to sit out because they do not have a signed waiver. Note: If child’s parent is not present, the waiver must be signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian and include the parent’s driver’s license number. Sorry, no exceptions. Can I bring in balloons, party decorations or piñatas? For safety concerns, we cannot allow piñatas. You may bring in your own balloons and party decorations, but please no confetti or glitter! If you wish to hang decorations on the walls or windows, please bring in scotch or painter’s tape as no pins or masking tape are allowed on walls. Our party tables include tableware to make our parties easy for you! Are parties just for birthdays? We can host a variety of groups and special events including corporate meetings and team building, family reunions, church youth groups, sports team events, or any other event or celebration need. Dodgeball Enjoy the thrill of a competitive yet accessible trampoline game experience! • Max of 8 players per team & 8 balls per game. • Every player must be touching back wall for game to begin. • Wait for referee’s signal to begin game. • 1st throw must be from back trampolines. • Referee’s calls are final - no arguing with referee. • One person out per throw. • Live ball is one that hasn't touched anything. • A ball is considered dead once it touches anything: person, trampoline, mat, etc. • Walk off the court immediately once you are out. • Don't interfere with play once you are called out. • Players must be standing upright during game play. • No head shots and head shots don’t count. • Don't cross center line. • Don't stall or hold the ball long. • Don't kick, pinch squeeze or damage balls. • A team wins when they get all opposing players out or have the most remaining players when time is up. Ninja Course Start the training to be a true master warrior with swinging platforms, Tarzan ropes, monkey bars, cheese walls and more. • No climbing on metal support structures. • Only one ninja per lane at a time. • Wait until the previous ninja exits the foam pit or lane before starting. • No digging, throwing, or playing with foam cubes. • Don't linger in the foam pit. Exit immediately. • Don’t change lanes in mid course. • Don’t hang by feet or knees from obstacles. • Don’t put legs through hanging rings. • Don’t climb on top of high swinging bridges. Battle Beam Battle it out afterwards on our battle beam. • Don't jump or dive into the foam pit. • Remove eyeglasses before battling. • Only two players on the beam at a time. • Don't start until foam pit, slackline and battle beam are clear. • No head shots. • Keep it friendly and polite. • Don’t throw the battle sticks. • No flips, tricks or running on beam. • Land in foam pit on feet, back or bottom. • Exit foam pit immediately. • Don't bury yourself or others in the foam. • No digging, throwing, or playing with foam blocks. Kidz Adventure For ages up to 12. Have your little ones enjoy a full ball pit, with a 2 story Kidz Adventure play structure.
