Everyone must have a signed waiver!
Make sure EVERYONE in your party has a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before you arrive. Waivers can be filled out electronically in advance for your convenience.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before party start time.
This is to ensure everyone is checked in, has the proper stickers, safety protocols, waivers, and to make sure YOU don't lose time on your activities. We do not change the end time if you arrive late and we do not change amount of activity time you pay for.
No outside food or beverages!
You may bring cake or cupcakes if you have a party package reserved.
Reservations must be made in advance to guarantee availability. Payment in full is required at time of booking.
Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the scheduled date without a change fee. $75 charge for late date changes. Rescheduled date must be within 3 months of original scheduled date.
