DONATIONS Donation Requests DONATION REQUESTS We know the best way to make the world a better place is by giving back. One way we give back is through donations to non-profit organizations & schools. Please fill out our donation form and attach an official donation request on the organization’s letterhead and procurement form to see how Elevated Sportz can help with your non-profit event. Please understand that we cannot fulfill every request as we receive hundreds each year. Donation request deadlines - submit requests by: At least 30 days' notice is required before your event. Give your child the ultimate gift—unforgettable fun! A LA CARTE PARTIES Do our party packages not have everything you like? That's okay because we give you the option to pick and choose what you want. Find out what your options are with A la Carte parties. FULL FACILITY RENTALS Sometimes you need the whole place to yourself. Find out how you rent our full facility and what you can get with that. Party Types TEAM PARTIES Team work definitely deserves to be rewarded. Find out how you can show your team how much they are winners with our team party packages. GROUP RATES Just because you have a lot of people, doesn't mean you need to throw a party. If you're going to be rolling in with a lot of people, find out how we reward you with group rates. POLICIES Everyone must have a signed waiver! Make sure EVERYONE in your party has a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before you arrive. Waivers can be filled out electronically in advance for your convenience. Arrive at least 15 minutes before party start time. This is to ensure everyone is checked in, has the proper stickers, safety protocols, waivers, and to make sure YOU don't lose time on your activities. We do not change the end time if you arrive late and we do not change amount of activity time you pay for. No outside food or beverages! Only parties that have made a room reservation may bring in cakes or cupcakes. Reservations Must be made in advanced. Payment in full or non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation policy Payment / deposit is due in full at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the scheduled date without a change fee. $100 charge for late date changes. Rescheduled date must be within 3 months of original scheduled date. All group and ticket sales are final. cafe Event Food Menu Our flexible and customized menus can accommodate any parties and events. iJump Café also offers special event menu items that are sure to delight all of your guests. Please look at our menus and talk with our representatives. Event items should be ordered 7 days in advance of the scheduled party. Only cakes or cupcakes are allowed with party package reservations.
