Policies

Everyone must have a signed waiver!

Make sure EVERYONE in your party has a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before you arrive. Waivers can be filled out electronically in advance for your convenience.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before
party start time.

This is to ensure everyone is checked in, has the proper stickers, safety protocols, waivers, and to make sure YOU don't lose time on your activities. We do not change the end time if you arrive late and we do not change amount of activity time you pay for. 

No outside food or beverages!
 

Only parties that have made a room reservation may bring in cakes or cupcakes. 

 

Reservations

Must be made in advanced.  Payment in full or non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

 

Cancellation policy

 Payment / deposit is due in full at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the scheduled date without a change fee. $75 charge for late date changes. Rescheduled date must be within 3 months of original scheduled date.

 

All group and ticket sales are final.

LAUNCH PAD

  • Seats up to 30 kids.

  • Room capacity 40 people.

  • Great for combo and play parties.

  • Easy access to Kidz Adventure.

  • Handicap accessible.

  • Downstairs private room.

Throw your child the best party ever at Elevated Sportz! Your kids and their friends will experience the WOW of jumping, flying and flipping on our wall-to-wall trampoline courts, conquering the ninja course, or playing in the 3-story giant play structure. Give your child the best gift of all – pure joy!

Do our party packages not have everything you like? That's okay because we give you the option to pick and choose what you want. Find out what your options are with A la Carte parties.

Sometimes you need the whole  place to yourself. Find out how you rent our full facility and what you can get with that.

Team work definitely deserves to be rewarded. Find out how you can show your team how much they are winners with our team party packages.

Just because you have a lot of people, doesn't mean you need to throw a party. If you're going to be rolling in with a lot of people, find out how we reward you with group rates.

Food and Drink Menu

Our flexible and customized menus can accommodate any parties and events. iJump Café also offers special event menu items that are sure to delight all of your guests. Please look at our menus and talk with our representatives. Event items should be ordered 1 week in advance of the scheduled party. Only cakes or cupcakes are allowed with party package reservations. No outside food and beverages are allowed.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

We hosted our Football End of Season party here and rented out the entire space. The staff was so amazing to work with. With 150 boys there and their families we could not have wished for it to go any better! They were very friendly and professional! Everyone had a great time and lots to do for all ages!
